Last minute decisions can be the best ones! Mike rang me when I was in a meeting at work so I couldn't answer. I knew what he was going to say. Some come the "4pm hooter" I was out the door and running for the car. Home for a quick load up and off to the lake. It was a run down from the LH launch matting down to the wind. When I got there it was a bit lighter than I would have liked but at times fully powered. I focussed on good reach and gybes and didn't fall in for an hour, and that was only 'cos I was doing helis in the dead spots. The wind was a bit holey, but it was well work an hour and a half before I, well, frankly, got a bit bored. I will start practicing more challenging moves, but they can be tricky with a big sail.
